Dr. Graham P. McPartland is a licensed optometric physician in the States Hawai'i and Oregon. He has passed all of the National Board examinations in the top 1 percentile. He trained at Tripler Army Medical Center and the VA Pacific Islands hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Dr. McPartland is licensed to provide Refractive Services, Medical Eye Care, Triage, Minor Surgery, and Cosmetic/Aesthetic services.

Dr. McPartland's interests include physical fitness and a variety of water sports, watching major league baseball (go Angels!), and playing guitar. Dr. McPartland also has a strong interest in community involvement, and actively supports hundreds of local non-profit organizations Hawai'i, and throughout the Pacific Northwest.
